River is calm today.
The Afon Glaslyn is a river in Gwynedd, north-west Wales. While not of great significance in terms of its length, it is one of Gwynedd's primary rivers, and has greatly influenced the landscape in which it flows. It has its source in Glaslyn, a cirque lake on the flanks of Snowdon.
Ein ruhiger Abend am Ammensee mit einem tollen Farbspiel im Himmel. Für die Aufnahme wurde ein ND 3 Filter verwendet um das Wasser glatt zu ziehen.
It was a calm evening at the lake Ammersee with a beautiful play of colors in the sky. I used a ND 3 Filter to get the mirroring and smooth water.
Boats Waiting for Their Breath of Adventure
Maybe that’s the magic of mornings like this —
nothing moves, yet everything whispers.
The river, the fog, the wooden boats…
all waiting, patient and calm, ready for the next journey with a fishing rod or a curious child discovering the first secrets of the Korana.

Took a chance on a sunrise photo at a local boardwalk behind the College of the Albemarle. I was shocked to see how calm the water on the river was, reflections everywhere.
