This EPIC F40 was spotted at a house in Winter Park, Fl, while on the way back from the local Concours D'Elegance.This is definitely one of my greatest car spots ever.This the second F40 that I've seen.I really like this picture, since it's just great by itself and it reminds me of an oldschool car advertisement.The F40 is said to one of the greatest Ferraris ever and I cannot argue with that.This car was meant to compete with the Porsche 959.The F40 was the first production car to go 200 mph.There was an open house at this here and I think this Ferrari was there to convince buyers.
As I drove through South Perth on my way home, the city seemed to have a calm to it. The wind was still, slight ripples on the water and the temperature just pleasant. Kinda reflected my mood.

The current summer weather on the Isle of Wight
I've been so busy the last few weeks, I've not had any time to shoot some of the lovely evenings we've been having, last night I just about managed to catch the last light at Fort Victoria and grab a few shots before the colours faded.... such a beautiful calm evening!
On the one evening I was able to get to Elgol the sun was setting nicely but there was very little in the way of cloud, the sea could have been a little higher for my liking and the rest of the beach had a fair number of like minded photographers in attendance too. However I did get to meet and share a pleasant hour with tog Don Tiffney www.flickr.com/photos/26060087@N02/ who told me lots about the beach and what to look out for in the future. So all was not lost, its always great to meet new people.
I always think of Elgol as majestic, on this occasion he was just a little sleepy. I did however get another shot or two more in my style after the sun had gone down and I was thinking about returning to the car, I'll post them later
