There's just something about a Calla Lily that is so striking for me. The simple, all white, yet flowing curved design of the flower. I can't pass up taking another photo...

A bit of extreme editing to bring out the abstract qualities in the flowers. Unfortunately the plant was collapsing from the root so I had to work quickly.

I made this shot at the Botanic Garden in Berlin. An amazing place where you can spend hours!

This is a Calla lily in our garden. I found it interesting because if has a blossom growing inside another. Other Calla lily's in our yard and none like like this.
