Calgary Sings! is a bi-annual choral music festival celebrating the adult community choir community and in support of Music Therapy Programs at Carewest Continuing Care facilities. 2011 marks the 4th bi-annual event and the popularity of this unique musical event continues to build and grow. More than 390 singers will participate and join the Calgary Sings! 2011 Mass Choir -- a finale to the evening that is not to be missed.

The assignment was to get some reflections in downtown Calgary. I started at the new
City Hall, across from Olympic Plaza

Melvina is taking the local spoken word scene by storm, after recently winning the poetry slam she continues to show up at the monthly slam and amaze everyone, right out of nowhere... The next step? Melvina was saying that she wants to start memorizing her poems...
