CSS&SB 40 at Monroe Street in Chicago, Illinois on an unknown day in August 1979, Ektachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Note the gentleman attending to the overhead. Number 40 was built in 1929 by the Standard Steel Car Company as control trailer 213, was motorized in 1938 and renumbered to 40.
