The subject in the picture was left only with his king while the opponent had 5 pieces standing.

Even in this situation the first player kept his stand, although he eventually lost!

Once we had got the lengths measured out, we PUT THE BOOTS ON, put a bit of heat shrink for labels and stripped the ends.

 

The fact we put the boots on before the cables got anywhere near a soldering iron saved us a lot of hassle. Only when we got to the very last cable (an adaptor) did we manage to solder a cable up without a boot on it.

CSR SRI LANKA launched the project ‘’Stakeholder Collaboration for Sustainable Development’’- SCoSD which was awarded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The Project launching ceremony took place on the 31st January 2017 at Ramada in the presence of Ann Marie Yastishock – USAID’S Acting Senior Deputy Assistant Administrator, Bureau for Asia, Dr Andrew Sisson – Mission Director, USAID Sri Lanka and the Maldives, CSR SL members and the Board of Directors, Corporate sector representatives, Officials from the government and civil society representatives.

Chambers Ireland announce that nominations for the 2014 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Awards are open. Now in their eleventh year, the Awards were launched by Mallen Baker, renowned UK-based speaker, writer and strategic advisor on CSR. The awards are run in association with the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government, partnered by Business in the Community Ireland, and sponsored by BAM. Pictured at the opening for nominations were, Ian Talbot (CEO Chambers Ireland), Padriag McManus (Chairman Eircom) and Mallen Baker.
