Here are the differen't arm positions, namely the mantis position, then the humanoid position, and finally a shot of the cockpit opened.
I wanted the build to look pilot-able even with the housing opened since the first thing I'd want after spending an eternity in cryo sleep is rolling down the window for some air.

I am trying to figure out what this was used for. It looks like this is a voice comms test panel for the MDA — the Multiple Docking Adapter that was used in Skylab and the Apollo Soyuz docking module for ASTP.
There are some photos of an assembled test rack here which was used to verify the interface to the MDA from the CSM before the MDA was attached. Not sure if these panels relate to that though.
That community observed: "The second panel looks like a comm checkout panel. The red capped connectors on the lower right look like they are for CDR and LMP headsets. The use of modified CSMs for Skylab would mean hardline comm between the CM and MDA would have been through the channels that on previous Apollo missions were designated as CDR and LMP. The OP's panel was to checkout the CSM interfaces and it looks like this panel checks out the MDA comm interface to the CSM."
