TALE (Teen Adventure Leadership Experience) Camp, hosted at YMCA Camp Silver Beach on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
The village women fry CSB into little patties and add sugar to make it more palatable. I'm not too keen on the sugar aspect--why turn these little kids into sugar fiends?
I am hopeful we can develop better recipes using local flavorings. CSB doesn't taste as bad as I had imagined, and if they would add a bit of veg and dip in in chili sauces or something like that, it could actually be quite tasty.
