A while back, I had posted a series of long-exposure photos of a plasma globe. Apparently, they mysteriously disappeared from my photostream. Thus, I'm posting them again!

I don't do this style too much, but when I saw this scene, it reminded me of many of the complex graphic art of Emi Yeh . Please check her out, I love all of her works. They remind me of dreams, memories, stream of consciousness vibes~~

Do you think you could do me a small favor: If you have enjoyed my photo stream of nonsense, if you could leave a testimonial (like a Yelp! review) at the very bottom of my about me page that would help so much. In return, I would gladly write back a testimonial for your Flickr page as well. And if there is anything specific you want me to mention on your testimonial please send me a message through flickr mail . Testimonials are only available on the desktop version and not the Flickr app TT

My ways

Consciousness acts like an “agential cut”; one can experience God as the infinite horizon of goodness, beauty, and truth, or one can refuse to acknowledge the experience of anything. The more human consciousness awakens to God and lives from an integrated center of wholeness, the more one becomes “person.” A person is a deeply relational being who lives by the life of the whole, and one who lives by the life of the whole lives a Godly life.

just a small hi from the off! I will be back on 5th of June!

Thanks and love to all! <3

If you remain still, without paying attention to this, without paying attention to that and without paying attention to anything at all, you will, simply through your powerful attention to being, become the reality, the vast "I", the unbounded space of consciousness.

So little time

Try to understand that I'm

Trying to make a move just to stay in the game

I try to stay awake and remember my name

But everybody's changing

And I don't feel the same.

You're gone from here

Soon you will disappear

Fading into beautiful light

'cause everybody's changing

And I don't feel right.

Every now and then, someone asks me to take their picture (of course they do, when you see something so elegant as a SRT, how would you not want to?), and most of the time I actually like the result. Cheers, man!

Last Sept 28th. I published another picture of this beautiful bird but I think this one better honors the radiant beauty of this species of sparrow known also as the sparrow of the new world (gorrión del nuevo mundo).

The rufous-collared sparrow or Andean sparrow (Zonotrichia capensis) —chingolo común— is an American sparrow found in a wide range of habitats, often near humans, from the extreme south-east of Mexico to Tierra del Fuego. More details about this species are provided in my previous picture at: www.flickr.com/photos/195564216@N07/54028028654/

Heading out with y friend Matt when we came to the top of the stairs and looking down I realized I was in a complete state of Deja-Vu and experiencing the rush of an onslaught of dreams I have been having recently...dreams of stairs. I hadn't remembered them until this very moment. Heady stuff. Looking up dreams about stairs when I returned home yielded some interesting results. "Stairs represent transition, change, and personal growth. When we use them, we make direct contact with our feet. This makes them symbolic of change on a very specific, personal level. Climbing up stairs should be interpreted as ascending to higher levels of consciousness. Going down stairs connects to revisiting places you have already been or moving into lower levels of thought, such as anger and envy, or facing your own emotional development by revisiting old issues."

Fuji X-Pro1 and a mirror reflex lens. This Giacometti-like sculpture was made by my wife some 50 years ago. How the human face is related to the cosmos is one of our profound questions. The fact that iron is involved less so. Iron forms the centre of our planet and is present in our bodies and almost all manifestations of life. But it does not think. Neither does the flower. It is only the human face (as far as we know) that is the deep mirror of the cosmos, a mirror in which the universe reflects itself and gains consciousness.

Thanks for taking the time to view my image.

"Museums are managers of consciousness. They give us an interpretation of history, of how to view the world and locate ourselves in it."

"Los museos son gerentes del conocimiento. Estos nos dan una interpretación de la historia, de como ver al mundo y ubicarnos en él."

-Hans Haacke

If consciousness is what makes man transparent to himself, consciousness of self leads him to the conclusion that at every single moment in time, he is made by Another, His “I” is Another who makes him. Even if man were to continue his self-analysis ad infinitum, he would always arrive at this conclusion: life is pure dependence on Another.
