Chicken Vindaloo, richtig scharf und sauer, sehr gut gewürzt. Basmatireis und Zirndorfer Landbier dazu. Chicken vindaloo, very spicy, very hot and tart. Basmati rice and Zirndorfer „country style“ pale ale to match.

On Sunday I make some variety of pasta and sauce, like my mother did and my grandmother before her. Today it is cheese Ravioli and my version of arrabbiata sauce. Arrabbiata in Italian means angry but in this case it means spicy hot. Besides plum tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, basil, and oregano there is also a generous amount of red pepper.
