MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Oct. 31, 2015)- U.S. Marines with Echo Battery, Battalion Landing Team 2/6, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (26th MEU), conduct physical training in order to raise their heart rate while participating in a live fire exercise aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24), Oct. 31, 2015. The live fire exercise provided an opportunity for the battery to enhance mission readiness and increase unit proficiency and cohesion. Turpinot ASV operāciju “Atlantic Resolve”, Latvijā ieradušies aptuveni 70 karavīru no ASV 1. kājnieku divīzijas 1. bruņotās brigādes kaujas vienības 34.bruņotā pulka 2.bataljona un 12 tanki “M1A2 SEPv2 Abrams”, lai stiprinātu reģionālo drošību un demonstrētu ASV klātbūtni reģionā.
