An ambulance bus from the 451st Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron Detachment 1 Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility (CASF) is parked into place so Airmen can transport wounded Marines to an Air Force C-130 Hercules cargo aircraft scheduled to take off from Camp Bastion, Afghanistan.
