CN train #385 rolls through Wyandotte, Michigan with a 3 builder lashup lead by BBD HR616 2109 leading a LMS GE and CN SD40 on January 14, 1996.
CN 4719 and CN 7258 are the power on the 0700 Yard Job as they clear the North Track of the Grimsby Sub at the electric lock switch at Mile 41.
CN O998 is proceeding east after reversing over the crossover at CN Glenridge with GMD GP38-2W #4791 in the lead
CN 4713 leads 551 westbound on the Grimsby Sub with four cars for Triple M Parkdale in Hamilton, Ontario.
CN ET44AC #3269 leads CN 562 through Yager on the Stamford Sub with an ES44AC trailing along with a fairly short train for Feeder.
CN 5697 and 5698 rush along the St. Croix RIver south of Solon Springs, WI on the morning of July 12, 2020. It would have been nicer if the better paint SD75I was leading this Q116 but any EMD pair is about the best you can do this summer on CN's Superior Sub. Traffic is down and are GEVOs on just about every train. It was nice to get back to this spot for the first time in a couple of years.
The latest L580 power rests at Brantford on a December afternoon.
Recently CN has been pulling 7500 series GP38-2's out of RLCS yard service and putting them into road service.
The remaining C40-8Ms weren't fitted with PTC, so the chances of seeing them lead these days is pretty slim. Here's a shot from three years ago when they still held the #1 spot.
A long CN 322 is passing MP 3 of the Montreal sub; nearly at its destination of Southwark Yard. Up front is CN 3899 and mid-train is CN 2803.
The Edmonton CN Tower is an 111-metre-tall (364 ft), 26-storey office building. The building was built by the Canadian National Railway Company as Edmonton's first skyscraper, and at its completion in 1966 was the tallest building in Western Canada. The CN Tower would remain Edmonton's and Western Canada's tallest building until 1971 when it was surpassed by Edmonton House.
The Toronto CN Tower is a 553.3 m-high (1,815.3 ft) concrete communications and observation tower. Built on the former Railway Lands, it was completed in 1976.
