She has a bollard pull ahead of 52.3 tons and 51.5
tons astern.
I pre-soaked (data sheet says this increases contrast), I used a water stop bath (data sheet says this increases contrast) and I fixed for 5 minutes (guess what: data sheet says this blows the highlights).
Next time I'll check up on this beforehand.

This is the dock at the University of North Carolina Wilmington's Center for Marine Science. The water is the Intercostal Waterway and the island in the distance is Masonboro Island.
cumberland bristol lodekka 508 (509 BRM) on whitehaven local service to kells,its a sign of the times now as the folk on kells have to get on a dennis dart and have a scenic ride round woodhouse & greenbank before getting into whitehaven and thats progress for getting folk to use the bus!

Process: I started this with simply painting over the original image I started with, a forest scene with a mostly water based foreground. Next I painted in the dragon, the lanterns, lilies, and spirits to add the fantasy side element to the piece. Once I was completely with these main things I began going through the whole illustration to add smaller details and play with layer styles to get different effects, such as the over all blue hue on top of the image. To finish it off I added a noise filter to give the whole image some texture.
Ideas: I wanted to manipulate and illustrate over an image and give it a more fantastical look while still maintaining the original picture beneath.
