A Colombian Spider Monkey climbing a line.
These monkeys move really fast, and between the branches all the time, making it really hard to get a good picture. To top it off, their compound in Aalborg Zoo is backlit making it even harder. I figured that IF a monkey would climb the line, it would make a nice silhouette. After a few minutes, this guy came across.
Origami frog - Sebastien Limet
1 Square of tissue paper 40x40 cm
This model is like magic. It seems impossible to fold a frog and a leaf from the same square, but yes, it is possible XD. Thanks Sebl for such a wondeful creation!
Climbing ripples form under specific hydraulic conditions, and tend to be canceled or eroded by the next flow. Sometimes they do get preserved though, such as in this example. This set is part of a turbidite, a sedimentary layer that forms at the foot of relatively steep submarine slopes. I can count at least seven different flows in this small interval (see coin for scale).

HAVE A NICE AND HAPPY WEEK MY FRIENDS XOXOXO
Several rock climbers were practicing at Garden of the Gods, a large formation of rocks near Colorado Springs, Colorado. You can see several of the rock swallows that live in the hollows of the rocks.
Climbing the fixed rope route (via ferrata) on the Drachenwand (Dragon Wall) mountain at lake Mondsee, Upper Austria. The plank bridge visible at right spans about 20 meters wide, up to 300 meters above ground level, and ends in an almost vertical cliff. This is certainly not for the faint-hearted.
Panorama stitched with PTGui from several images taken with Canon EOS 550D and a Sigma 10mm f/2.8 fisheye lens.
after taking hundreds and hundreds of photographs of the honeysuckle (slight exaggeration, maybe 80 plus but just wasn't happy with them) this little bee appeared and was determined to climb his way to the top (is he smiling???)
My son just compared the bee face with a picture of the Predator alien

One day we were sitting on a climbing wall and decided to make an amateur short video, just because we love rock climbing. But due to the fact that we did it all together, there were not so many ideas that could be implemented. Even after shooting this video, it was modified 5 times and now has this appearance. Perhaps in the future there will be something more about rock climbing, but for now here.

he decided he was climbing up further to reach some leaves further along the branch. Given that koalas spend 20 hours a day asleep, we felt very lucky to see some awake in trees and then to see the little fella climbing around the tree for food and then he'd sit and eat for a while for v special.

The heat haze caused a few issues and had to use my old Canon with a kit lens but really enjoyed my time and look forward to going back soon
Freight train 10602 climbs the eastern ramp to Vakarel on the line Plovdiv - Sofia. With a max gradient of 25‰ in this steepest section, the line requires three class-43 locomotives to get this circa 1600-tonne train to the summit at Vakarel.
Locomotives 43 526 and 43 307 are at the front with 43 542 pushing at the other end of the train.
Malham Cove is a limestone formation 0.6 miles north of the village of Malham, North Yorkshire, England. The large, curved feature was formed by a waterfall carrying meltwater from glaciers at the end of the last Ice Age more than 12,000 years ago.

and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn.”

Not climbing this time but admiring the landscape at the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains. From Wikipedia: The Wicklow Mountains are the largest area of continuous high ground in Ireland, having an unbroken area of over 500 km2 (190 sq mi) above 300 metres (980 ft).[6] They occupy the centre of County Wicklow and extend into Counties Dublin, Carlow and Wexford.
