1. I'm wearing a rather silly expression, but Grace was trying to capture the buildings around us as we drove., 2. Driving around, looking for the parking lots (harder to find than you might think, even with all of the signs.), 3. Can't remember what this is..., 4. The spires of Notre Dame Cathedral in Luxembourg, 5. The shopping Centre, where we spent most of our time, 6. A beautiful patassier, 7. Window display at Namur, 8. Sparky and window display, 9. Cool Deco shop, 10. My favorite botique: huge rough wheels of soap, jars of chilled face masques, etc., 11. Sparky and Max holding hands (sort of), 12. Daisy being cute, 13. Max and a Mickey Mouse sundae, 14. Mickey Sundae, 15. Eating at the Italian Gelati shop, 16. Tiramisu and a latte, 17. Daisy helps Grace eat, 18. I took this shot while driving.

Nguyen Hue is also known as pedestrian street, linking the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee building to Bach Dang Wharf at the Saigon River. It is a neat area to spend time during trips to HCMC. We like visiting during the day for food and shopping and at night for the festive and leisurely environment.
The street includes a wide public space for pedestrians during the day. At night the street is blocked off for (no vehicles) and becomes quite busy with locals and tourists who flock to this area to walk around and enjoy the cooler night time weather.
At the northwest end of Nguyen Hue you find the area referred to as Ho Chi Minh Square. There is a statue of Ho Chi Minh, with hand raised standing in front of the beautiful People’s Committee building which is lovely to see during the day and at night when it is lit up with floodlights.
The streets on both sides are commercial areas with retail shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and art galleries, providing 670 metres of shopping and browsing and good times. You can find a few food vendors selling cotton candy and other light bites at night.

Filing false perjury charges against me, getting me thrown in jail, then making me homeless for their own SELFISH GAIN! They also stole my $500 security deposit and turned my life into a living hell!!!
this elderly lady walked right by us and she had a strong air of being lost / out of touch. we stopped at the back door to a fortune cookie shop and i looked back and realized she had stopped in the doorway like this. she wasn't moving beyond bobbing her head slightly and muttering to herself. caught in an eddy of the alley, unaware or uncaring or maybe neither.

This is a 2 second exposure shot of Chicago from the observatory of the John Hancock Center. I was out on the skywalk and couldn't focus through the screen so I thought it would be interesting to try to focus on the screen with the city as a backdrop. I'm fairly happy with the result.
