Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth attend 'Snow White and the Huntsman' movie premiere - Bondi Junction, Sydney
Kristen Stewart, Australia's own Chris Hemsworth and a swag of other celebrities attended the Sydney premiere of 'Snow White' at Bondi Junction in Sydney earlier this evening.
Hundreds of fans and dozens of news media covered the event for the movie which is tipped to be a big money winner and a favourite with critics.
Well done to everyone involved in the success of this hot new Hollywood movie.
News Update...
Australian star Chris Hemsworth has been enjoying some time off back home with his family, ahead of the Australian premiere of Snow White And The Huntsman.
Hemsworth was photographed earlier today enjoying some free time in Sydney.
On a rare day-off the former Home And Away star took the opportunity to go for a surf, despite the cold weather.
He was also photographed with his shirt off taking a dip in the pool at the Park Hyatt.
Hemsworth's acting career has taken off in Hollywood with recent appearances in super-hero blockbusters Thor and The Avengers.
He credits much of his success to his parents, who always supported his career. "When most people said it (acting) is crazy ... they said, "The couch will always be your spare bedroom ..." Hemsworth told the Seven Network's Sunrise program on Tuesday.
The new father also said he gained a lot of experience with children from babysitting his manager's kids and his older brother's three children.
"We were around kids a lot," Hemsworth said.
Hemsworth walked the red carpet with co-star Kristen Stewart at the film premiere at Bondi Junction's Event Cinemas tonight.
In his next project, Hemsworth plays racing-car driver James Hunt in Ron Howard's Formula One film Rush.
A release date for the film hasn't been set but we understand it will be in time for the 2013 Oscars.

MUSICIAN CHRIS WILSON OF THE BAND TITUS ANDRONICUS
A STILL FROM THE FORTHCOMING FILM "A PRODUCTIVE COUGH"
A DOCUMENT OF PROCESS AND CREATION.
"The last time you heard new songs from New Jersey rock/punk outfit Titus Andronicus, it was a cleverly disguised self-titled album (The Most Lamentable Tragedy, you see, is also the subtitle of Shakespeare’s play after which the band is named) which spanned two discs and crested over a 90-minute runtime. That gigantic fourth LP featured home-recorded seven-minute philosophical ruminations, Daniel Johnston and Pogues covers, and a handful of the best punk bangers recorded this side of 1980. We’re here today to introduce the idea of the fifth +@ LP, A Productive Cough, which features none of that last element, which some might argue is the band’s most valuable calling card. Titus Andronicus has pulled off a “Reverse Bob Dylan,” and the band’s fervent fans are no doubt going to be, at the very least, quite surprised by the results found within. As with almost all artistic decisions about the direction of Titus Andronicus, this move was concocted by frontman Patrick Stickles, and Patrick Stickles is an artist full of contradictions."

Here’s my Chris Redfield “action figure”. I always had a weird crush on this character as a teenager despite never playing any of the games he’s in, but hey he hits all the right points for me with his stubble and muscles lmao.
Though while I’m a little put off by hyper realistic action figures I guess the main issue is knowing that most of them are based on actual people while this guy is still fictional to me lol.
Anyway I sprayed his body with MSC to take the shine off and I’m really happy how these parts match up lol.
Who knows if this will be the last of my hyper realistic figures but I’m incredibly happy just to own this guy for now.

A second shot of Chris from my 100 strangers project.
m
Well, after a few months without shooting any strangers, I decided to pick up the camera and head out. I feel like I've been really busy, but in reality I guess I've just been putting my time into other things. Anyway, I was in the mood to kick on with my project, and to try out my new SIgma 24-70mm f2.8 lens on some stranger portraits, as I had only used it for snaps of the kids. The weather seemed to be dry and bright (which seems to have been a rarity recently), so I headed out to the city centre.
I didn't have that long, due to other commitments, and I spent the first 20 minutes or so wandering around, not seeing anyone that I really felt I wanted to approach, until I saw Chris standing outside a pub and smoking a cigarette.
Chris really stood out, both in the very cool shirt and braces combo, but also in his stylishly dishevelled look. I explained the project and he was happy to have some portraits taken, which was cool. I directed him a bit in terms of location and pose, and felt pretty happy with the shots that I got.
He came across as a very cool but confident character, and made me smile when he asked if he could do his hair before the photo, making sure it was messy in just the right way.
Chris is the manager of 'The Globe' pub in Leicester city centre, and tells me that it just opened 6 weeks ago. Before that he was assistant manager in another of Leicester's fine drinking venues.
He told me that 'The Globe' had a fine selection of whiskeys, and as tempted as I was, I had to put a rain-check on that one, but I will have to pop in and try them out. Would be rude not to…
Thanks for taking the time to chat and have some photos taken Chris, and I hope you like the shots.
