Making kale chips is super easy. Tear off the leaves from the tough stalks and make them into whatever size pieces you like. Toss with just a little olive oil and some salt, lay flat in a single layer baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes (or until crispy) at 300 F. I got 4 baking sheets worth from 1 big bunch of mixed kale.
