Chip are rodot-toy "twins". Those robots are new step of technology, they were made to serve 'guardian' or 'nanny' or 'seater' purpose for little kids. They are made to look like kids themselves so it's easier for kids to relate to them and play. But despite their look those robots are quite strong and not easily damagable. Off course, those robots can speak and think and have programmed personalities, and have some very usefull features like GPS and memory you can sync with computer and selfstudying programm and lots of other nice stuff. (dang, I wish I had one!)
First Chip (silver one) was brought for Udon even before he was born, it was a gift from his grandparents, so he was around since his very birth. Udon's parents love Udon and pay to him all attention he needs, so Chip is not parent's replacement, but when they were busy (and they ARE busy people) he watched over Udon and kept him entertained and safe. But with time his model became 'old' and he started to have some software mistakes - minor ones, but still mistakes. That's when second Chip came into the picture, Udon's aunt ordered custom made new model of those robots, to look exactly the same as old model and have exact copy of old Chip's memory card. Yet, when time came to replace old Chip with new one, Udon refused to let go of his old friend no matter that. So, now he has two Chips to look after him and play with him, and even if first Chip makes some mistakes time to time, second one is there to pick up the slack :3
About to mix the dry ingredients with the creamed butter and sugar.
Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookies
(One of my cousins sent me this recipe, which is different than the one that's on the Nieman Marcus site. Not sure what's what, but this recipe is really yummy with oatmeal and lots of chocolate. Also, I split the dough and only added nuts to half.)
2 cups butter
1 tsp. salt
4 cups flour
1 8 oz. Hershey Bar (grated)
2 tsp soda
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
5 cups blended oatmeal
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)
24 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups brown sugar
Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender or food processor to a fine powder.
Cream the butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix.
Add flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. mix altogether.
Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar, and nuts.
Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. (Note to myself: Our oven seems to run a little on the hot side, so 9 minutes at 360 degrees worked better.)
Fish and chips along with some fried oysters, I think. This was my first time at the San Dune, despite having visited Manzanita and Neahkahnie tons of times. The place was packed because it was pretty much the only public place in town to watch the NFL (ugh).
William E. Backer, former owner of Backer Potato Chip Company in Fulton, Missouri, looked back in time and found that a vintage automobile was a thing of fascination. His memories were of old country roads and two lane highways. Bill Backer was an engineer and a builder who loved to tinker. Having built a successful potato chip company, he looked back at the cars that were part of his childhood. Shortly after, he owned a Canadian 1924 Dodge Touring. Dark blue with black fenders and a cloth top. Bill drove his family around the back country roads of Callaway County, Missouri and felt himself touching fading memories.
Not long after he collected the Dodge, Bill had a 1909 Ford Model T. Soon after that, a 1930 Model A. Then a 1929 Cord, a 1931 Rolls Royce Phantom II, a 1957 Chevy Bel Air, and so on. By the mid 1990’s, the number of classic autos in the collection neared 100. Bill found a home for many of his classic cars in an old retail building in Fulton. The Auto World Museum Foundation was formed and a classic car museum was opened to the public. Ten years later, in 2006, the automobile museum was moved to its current home at 200 Peacock Drive in Fulton. It is a building dedicated to the history of vintage and modern automobiles as well as the history of Callaway County and Fulton, Missouri.
We had lunch at The Castle in Donnigton. It is such a lovely day that we sat outside. www.thecastleatdonnington.com
It was very yummy (and now I am very stuffed!)
I had gastronomic fish and chips which consisted of Battered Hake, a Thai Cod & Prawn Fishcake & Tiger King Prawns. Oh, and salad and chips. I couldn't finish all the chips though... Very nice change to the norm!

We married December 17, 1988. When he moved here in July of 1987 I really fell in love with him. He was my best friend and a wonderful father. He was a special person to a lot of people and touched so many lives. He had a heart of gold and never turned anyone away. He was a true blessing to me, and I really miss him. Sherrie Franck

One pivot color exercise (the orange chips) and one mud creation exercise (the blue-grey-browns). See the recipes on them? I can recreate any color as needed! From Lindly Haunani's workshop at the Houston Polymer Clay retreat 2011
chipped nails: a result of painting over the dark brown paint we had in the living room.
totw = Accessorize! nail polish, and a ring (which you can hardly see)
I wear this Frank Gehry ring just about everyday. I don't wear colorful nail polish everyday, but have had this yellow on as my "accessory" for about a week. It was due to come off anyway, but painting the living room caused it to come off a little faster once I had to scrub the paint off my hands.
Gender: Male
Breed: Hound Mix
Age: Puppy (Born: June 2, 2008)
Chip is a big lover of a pup. He is very laid back, usually one of the last to participate in group playtime and definitely the first to take a nap. He has a marvelous brindle coat which is a bit on the furry side, unlike his siblings with very short fur. Chip has a white tip on his tail, his toes and on his nose. He also has a white spot on his shoulder. He has 7 brothers and sisters and they all have great personalities. Chip is the largest of the pups, always the first to eat and he does have the largest paws of them all. Chip has a mellow personality, for a puppy and will just as happily take a nap in your lap as well as under the glider. He promises to be a best friend. He loves other dogs but has not yet met a kitty yet. Being so young he should learn quickly kitties rule the house. He will be neutered and micro chipped soon. His mom is Lady Ginger. You can see her on the website or check out the family album at www.flickr.com/photos/thenelsons9180. Then fill out an application so you can meet this cutie at an event or have him visit your home.
Bruce suggested a small crop on the right to elimiante some uninteresting glass. I thought the proportions wouldn't be as nice with this crop. Opinions are welcome.

Chip Farnsworth III Baby It's You
I've found these pictures in my computer. Don't know why I haven't posted them earlier.
I think these are the best chips I have ever had in my life. They were everything a perfect chip should be. I ate them on a cold January afternoon when I'd missed lunch, suddenly felt hungry, turned the corner - and there was the Rock and Sole Plaice on the corner of Monmouth St and Shorts Gardens. (I wonder if thinking up truly dreadful puns is a condition of membership of the Worshipful Guild of Fish Fryers, or whatever the body is.) Go there.
