Police demo of how dangerous chip pans can be. I found the textures and tones irresistible - but I don't own a chip pan or any sort of deep fat fryer.

Waffle type, flavours I haven't tried, and more of the puffed variety I enjoy.
If you look closely, you'll notice the cute stamps. Apparently, they're vouchers (like Canadian Tire money). Once you hit a certain dollar value, you get these vouchers to redeem for next purchase.
Looks like I'll be back at 7-11 for more chips. CHIPS!!!!

Chip Kidd is on of the most famous book cover designers, and his most notable designs is for Jurassic Park. The classic book cover was later used to create a logo for the films which was also created by Chip Kidd. The book cover has minimal colour so that theres nothing to distract from the silhouette, where as for the logo they have added bold colours to make it stand out and more recognisable.

"Chips & Dip" Gougeres
Notes: Chef Bowles' witticisms begin with the very first volley: "chips & dip" gougeres. These little butter balls were filled with a sour cream and onion and encrusted with potato chips.
I have to admit, I'm not a gougere freak like many, but I did enjoy this version better - largely due to the crunchy potato chip crusting. I also liked the tanginess of the sour cream within.
Read about this meal at the ulterior epicure.

Even made the national paper version of the New York Times
Interesting to note that the New York Times was the only publication with enough brains to check the image metadata and actually credit the image in my name in both web and print. Thank you NY Times.
