This is my meal for tonight. And tomorrow night. And the next night. And...........
Every now and then I go a bit nuts with my Dutch oven and dump all sorts of stuff into it to see what I come up with, and I generally don't stop dumping until the pot is full. So, for those of you who are true chili aficionados, you would likely want to crucify me for calling this chili; but basically that's what it is. It needs work, mainly more hot stuff. OK, medium hot stuff, which I'm sure would turn you aficionados off even more, but hopefully, by the time I get to my last bite, I'll have it just right.
Stange gård, Tønsberg. An amazing production of all kinds of chili peppers.
I highly recommend a visit here for chili enthusiasts.

These chilis were originally from Vietnam. This is the black phase. Actually, they are plenty hot right now, and very flavorful. Soon they will turn their characteristic red. Olympus E-P5. Panasonic LUMIX G 35-100.
