got this tonight at work, it's a good thing I didn't had to spend a penny as it's quite trash. I don't know the year yet as I can't find the serial number.
I soaked it with WD-40 to try to free it somewhat as it looks quite bad. stem is broken, sloppy head tube toptube brass repair, brazed right pedal axle in crank (which are 60's CCM), mended left crank 1" above pedal threads, bent fork, fucked up seatpost and probably much more shit.
at least there's a flashlight bracket and a cool 40's-50's Reese bicycle lock with balloon tire bike graphic. ,:-)

46x26 with 26" wheels. Gives...46 inches. Easy math. Big gears are more efficient and last longer. Gives a good gear for my kid. Not quite mtb 2:1. Not FIXIE 63". Something in between. Like a big BMX.

On a house visit, health worker Messalina saw that Nabuth was burning with fever and refused to breast-feed. She got mother and child on a minibus and took them to the nearest hospital. At the hospital Nabuth was diagnosed with sepsis, an infectious disease which is deadly for newborns if not treated on time..

Nabuth’s mother, Teresa, says:.

“I was very worried about my baby boy. He wouldn’t breast-feed and became weaker and weaker every day. Messalina has followed me both during the pregnancy and after the birth, and she was the one who insisted I go to the hospital with the baby. We didn’t really have money for the bus ticket, but Messalina insisted. I am very thankful that she was clear and persuasive. Save the Children’s health worker saved my baby’s life. I am incredibly thankful,.

Once back in their village, Messalina will monitor Nabuth and make sure he eats well, remains healthy and gets vaccinated as he grows up..

In Mozambique there’s an average of one doctor per every 75 000 people. Messalina is the only person in an area of 6,000 people with schooling in medicine and health. Save the Children is training people like Messalina in children’s health and nutrition. We provide them with simple equipment so that they can spot and treat malaria, and other diseases that can easily become serious for children, such as diarrhoea and common colds. In order for health workers to visit the hardest to reach areas we also equip them with motorbikes and fuel.
