The Pasley's threw an awesome "Good Riddance, George Bush" party. Lauren made a pin the shoe on George Bush game, along with several other things we could pin to him. Basically, whatever we could do to show our complete lack of respect for the man.
Mare and I made lunch and food for the party. Regardless of my stress level, which was clearly visible to everyone in the kitchen, I loved it.
It was nice seeing the boys again. That's Cash in the picture. They are getting so big. Got to see Cash's bitchin' new train set. We played with cars, puzzles, his wack-a-mole game, and of course the chattering teeth in the picture. I basically wound it up for him, took some pictures, then he'd yell "One more time!", and I'd wind it up again. He never really got tired of it.
Got to cross two things off my life list: "have wine with Mare" and "have a George Bush farewell party". It was a good day.
