There were at least three Lulu Cashes living in Eastern Illinois around 1900.
One was the daughter of Lafayette Shelton Cash and Rowena (Sargent) Cash, who was born on July 13, 1868 in Oakland, Illinois, and married James Timmons in 1892, After living in Kansas, where she had two children, (Howard, born December 1892 in Kansas) and Joseph (born December 1893 in Kansas) she moved to Santa Ana, California. She died on April 17, 1943 in Orange County, California.
Another was the daughter of Seaton C. Cash and Eizabeth (Black) Cash, who was born in November 1878 in Newman, Illinois, and married Bruce W. Vandine in 1900. The couple had two children: Joseph Cash Vandine (1901 - 1957) and Seaton W. Vandine (born 1907).
A third was Lulu Viola Cash, born on March 6, 1879 to John and Susan Cash in Edgar County, Illinois. She married Charles North in 1901, and died on August 18, 1920.
One of them might be the "Lulu Cash" in the photo posted. Maybe someday somebody will find this and recognize her.
