[DE] Die Linie 35 der RNV von Wieblingen nach Neckargemünd. Dabei wird zwischen dem Heidelberger Bismarckplatz und Neckargemünd Bahnhof durchs Neckartal gefahren und dabei wird immer am Neckar entlang gefahren. Hier steht einer der ersten C2G für Heidelberg als Linie 35 an der Haltestelle Stadthalle und macht gleich weiter Richtung Wieblingen. Im Hintergrund sieht man die Bekannte Alte Neckarbrücke

While two new double track sections are built between Altstätten and Buchs, rail replacement is necessary for more than half a year, provided by local Bus Ostschweiz AG. The 19 buses used are second-hand from Austria, being 10 standard autobuses of MAN NL323 type and 9 articulated Citaros formerly deployed in greater Vienna area. The latter still carry their "Wien Linien" livery, as Nr. 923 seen here near Oberriet as "EV1" direct service. The bus will use the motorway after having served Oberriet.

Every year during summer holidays, some railway routes in Switzerland are closed for maintenance purposes. One of the lines to be replaced for that summer is the route along Obersee lake from Rapperswil to Uznach, being replaced by buses of three operators. To be seen here is VZO's 123, the first C2 delivered to the operator in 2014. The maintenance teams are workin in the background around defunct Bollingen station.

Glorious evening golden sunlight on Beinn Chorranach and Beinn Ime from across Loch Fyne opposite Ardkinglas.
Nacht etlichen Jahren des Citaro 2 auf dem Busmarkt hat sich nun auch endlich die BVG dazu entschlossen, diese meiner Meinung nach bestmöglichen Busmodelle anzuschaffen. In Abhängigkeit zu der Entwicklung von E-Bussen werden im großen Stil Citaro 2 Solo- und Gelenkbusse beschafft, hier der 3. C2G für die BVG (Wagen 4787) als Linie TXL.
The local bus system connecting Thalwil to the surrounding towns was gradually changed to articulated operations during the last 10 years. Nowadays, five articulated buses are necessary for the trunk half-hourly offer as route 142 to "Böni" business district. The bus is seen near the Stop "Platte" in the old village center.
