a hand made and glazed ceramic heart button, that is !
No one loves you like your teddy ... so for the current 'plush team' challenge, I made this sweet little bear who wears his heart like a button joint, two little red bells and a sweet ribbon ...
i also used a lovely vintage woven-backed faux fur, in a warm soft shade ...bear is fully jointed and about 25cm tall ...
the eyes are glass and the button is hand made ceramic

Bright means many things:
1. happy, cheerful
2. intelligent
3. full of hope
4. full of light; illumination
5. shining
The idiomatic expression as bright as a button means that someone has a quick-mind; is intelligent.
I hope you like this bright button-shaped lichen.

I fell asleep doubled over, and woke to find two perfect button imprints on my knee. I didn't want them to go away, but eventually they did.
I finally got up the nerve to list a print on Etsy. It took a big gulp and several deep breaths. This is just a detail shot of the entire print. This is actually the belly button.
Inspired by Stephen Colbert's "Bears & Balls" I created a standalone button that plays a random Colbert sample every time you press the button. The button is a giant arcade button from Adafruit, and the internal hardware is an Adafruit Audio FX Sound Board with amp. That's 90% of the battle right there!
As another hallmark of a true handmade garment the button is attached on a rather large "stick". This is done by having the button attached loosely at a certain distance from the garment.
The loose threads are then wrapped by the thread and firmly attached through the stick.
This gives room between the body of the garment and the button so that it is easier to button up and does not strain the front plackets of the shirt.
