For the Macro Mondays Theme: Dots and Stripes
Thank you very much for your time, faves and comments. It's much appreciated.
HMM
The theme for Macro Mondays is Button(s), the perfect subject for my new ring light (see it in the first comment below).
Also, CC Monthly Challenge: Metal.
Is fedup because she wanted the chartreuse, grey and red ones, not the boring grey ones. The Chartreuse ones were meant for her, but I made them too big. They fit Peri nicely though. The grey ones actually look bigger, but only in height... she has fat feet. Ha.

Sorry, I seem to keep delving into my collection of vintage buttons these days, but I really enjoy photographing them. This one is silver and was hallmarked in London in 1902.
Small button and buttonhole in my sweater, seen frm close :)
Macro Mondays - theme: "Perfect together"
A spring hike brought us to Button Rock Dam and this view. Meeker and Longs Peak, in Rocky Mountain National Park, are on the horizon. On this day, we hiked in snow, but without coats.
My all-time favourite button, on my all-time favourite top. Unfortunately (sigh) it's now too small!

According to Wiki: Button Gwinnett (/ɡwɪˈnɛt/ gwin-ET; March 3, 1735 – May 19, 1777) was a British-born American Founding Father who, as a representative of Georgia to the Continental Congress, was one of the signers (first signature on the left) of the United States Declaration of Independence.[1] Gwinnett was also, briefly, the provisional president of Georgia in 1777, and Gwinnett County (now a major suburb of metropolitan Atlanta) was named for him. He was named in honor of his mother’s cousin, Barbara Button, who became his godmother.[2][3] Gwinnett was killed in a duel by rival Lachlan McIntosh following a dispute after a failed invasion of East Florida.
Marco Mondays theme button
a lot of functions in one button
Adjustable between three charging rates, charge while riding using a dynamo, charges at speeds as low as 8 km/h
Useable as an LED flashlight
Backup bicycle rear light while on the road
SOS flash-function built-in
Acts as a buffer between a device and the Plug allowing the use of high-drain devices
The button bush (not sure of correct name) had a branch close to the water which gave me a great background. The bonus was the bee on one of the spheres. Circle B, Lakeland
My first contribution to #MacroMondays and I couldn't be more excited to participate. HMM!!
This week's theme is #ButtonsandBows. This photo is a spare button from a shirt long ago donated to charity.
I tend to keep all the spare buttons from my clothes in a sewing box, and this challenge made me realize I have quite a few. This little red button is very plain in regular light but full of texture with the help of some off camera lighting.
