He looks so darn cute!!!! >//<
Yesterday, my buds Nathaniel came over and brought his adorable little Sebastian and Yoko Nendoroids with him! I busted out with my L Nendoroid, and then we had a party (much the the dismay and discomfort of the poor Nendoroids). But hey, no hard feelings. And we all had a blast!!! :D
At Butler's newly-renovated football stadium. Many moons ago, it had a capacity of 35,000 and the Bulldogs played Big Ten teams. That stadium was cleared out, and there wasn't much of a facility for a while. Now there is a nice venue well-suited for a I-AA program.
The Davidson College Wildcats (white jersey) taking on the Butler University Bulldogs (in blue). Not a good outcome for the home team as Davidson won 44-32.

Amazing that Wellington is the first place outside of Ireland to have a Butlers Cafe. Looks like it's doing some good business.

I held corn in my hand like a moron for the goats and the pigs for what seemed like forever. Finally this pig came charging toward my hand... and ate like two pieces of corn. I wound up throwing the corn at the chickens, who were quite happy to receive it.

My grandfather, Jessie Butler Payne, 1874-1942. I am guessing about age forty-two because my father was born in 1916 and he is a baby on JBP's lap in one photograph. JBP was born in Colin, Texas, lived there and in Rush Springs, Oklahoma, and was living in Ojo Feliz (Happy Eye), New Mexico when he died. He was a farmer and a Church of Christ preacher.
