A look at a section of the Birmingham-bound platform at Butlers Lane, notable for the very speckled appearance of the wooden fencing. The ramp leading down from Butlers Lane itself is rather steep so I wouldn't fancy trying to control a pushchair or wheelchair when trying to use it.

Butler's Wharf is on the south bank of the River Thames, just east of Tower Bridge, now housing luxury flats and restaurants. It was orignally a shipping wharf and warehouse complex. Lying between Shad Thames and the Thames Path, it overlooks both the bridge and St Katharine Docks on the other side of the river. Butler's Wharf is also used as a term for the surrounding area.

The Madison County Conservation District hosted "Seeds of Success" Farm Tour highlighting young farmers on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Nearly 60 participants visited Mann Cattle Farm in New Hope, Butler & Son Farm in New Hope, Hereford & Sons Farm in Gurley, Tate Farms in Meridianville, Cotton Growers Gin in Hazel Green, and the Madison County Co-Op in Toney. Each of the family farms is now run by 4th or 5th generation family members.
Rep. Howard Sanderford, Rep. Anthony Daniels, Rep. Jim Patterson, County Commissioner and District Supervisor Roger Jones, County Commissioner Craig Hill, Lincoln County (TN) Mayor Bill Newman, and representatives for Sen. Richard Shelby and Rep. Mo Brooks were in attendance.
The tour was organized by Madison County District Administrative Coordinator Kathy Walker.

Cops look on as paramedics help Brandon Rudder, who crashed his car seconds into the demolition derby Friday, July 30, at the Butler County Fair. The crash was so big that Rudder was taken away on a stretcher and in a Fairfield Twp. ambulance. Photo taken by Adam Kiefaber of WesterChesterBuzz.com.
