Bangkok Busstop Streetphotography

I have to go into town for the U3A enrolment day but it's raining a bit so I'm going on the bus instead of by bike. Actually I'm being very lazy/sensible as I've driven my car to this bus stop and parked in a side street across the road. It's rather expensive to park in town :)

Bus stop. Yah, this was the location I was given for a campus scavenger hunt

Ridgeway village bus stop. Never realised how so many different styles there are. This curved support design looks fab!

Let me say I’m banged up in Hospital, a brilliant Hospital in Harlow so a quick shout to the young and wonderful staff. who are helping me.So I am trawling through Dropbox to add to my Flickr set to make the days go quicker. It also helps that my lovely wife brought in my charger.

The picture was taken in Chelmsford Essex just before Christmas.

pittsburgh is built on hills and valleys, some of which are heavily industrialized, still. look closely and you can see the waste gas flame on neville island by the bridge

We were waiting on the wrong bus stop for at least 5 minutes before a very kind local used his body language to tell us that we were on the opposite direction. I gave him a "ok" hand gesture to show my appreicaiton of his help, which Melanie said that is "ass hole" in Italian. I hope he is not from Italy.

Little used country bus stop - only used by one daily school bus,so I'm told.

The picture is a bit dark, but these two Kubricks show how Brian Donnely first started. He turned posters on these busstops in to real artworks and these are worth a lot of money nowadays..

And another one from the photoshoot with Tessa, Amersfoort (The Netherlands)

an old bus sign from an abandoned bus run in Kariong.

Obviously they forgot to remove the sign, after the bus route was changed in the early 1990s.
