The ownership and operation of bus services in and around Harlow in recent years has been somewhat volatile and difficult to follow. Townlink currently provide the hourly link from Harlow to Brentwood (and Warley) via Epping and Ongar, and fomer Stagecoach London ALX200-bodied Dennis Dart LX51 FGU is seen loading in Brentwood High Street for the run back to Harlow on Tuesday 16th November.
UPDATE: After being called to three public enquiries in four years, the owners of Townlink Buses, Road Runner Buses and Olympian Bus and Coach were informed in early January 2016 that their Operator Licences would be revoked after Friday 26th February 2016. Townlink Buses decided not to hang around and suspended all services without notice after Saturday 9th January.
Rival operator Trustybus had registered a competing route between Harlow and Ongar which is continuing, but the Ongar to Brentwood section would have remained unserved. Ensignbus has stepped in with a replacement service, with one bus shuttling between Ongar (Four Wantz Roundabout) and Brentwood Station on an hourly frequency. Warley is not served as it still has two buses an hour on First Essex service 9.

VWD8 waits time before working the 1715 to CIT. A ride into town on this was my first ride on a Bus Éireann vehicle! I know advertising brings in revenue, but this ad effectively wrecks the company branding.
