Reading Buses were on rail replacement duties in Guildford in late May 2018. Among the buses used on the Bank Holiday Monday were Scania N280UD / Alexander Dennis Enviro400 City H45/26D 712 YP67XCG in two-tone purple livery for the Purple 17 route.
Former Metroline MM824 a Man/MCV Evolution is now in the fleet of Sullivan Buses South Mimms and is seen in Watford.

Bus 19 is another bus i'm buying for my non - profit School Bus Heritage. I've made the choice to use the windows and seats for other buses then use it for storage.
Northern Bus NKG 245M is a Bristol RESL6G with Eastern Coach Works bodywork. New in 1973 as Gelligaer UDC no. 45, it passed to Rhymney Valley in the following year. Rhymney Valley became Inter Valley Link in 1986 and NKG 245M was withdrawn following the acquisition of IVL by National Welsh in 1989. It was then obtained by Northern Bus but was scrapped in 1990.
At the end of the Reading Buses open day in July 2018, members of the fleet temporarily parked in the adjacent car park were returned to the depot. Seen making the short trip is Claret Spritzer Scania N94UD / East Lancs OmniDekka H51/39F 808 YN54AEZ.
Reading Buses took over running the Green Line 702 service from First Group over the Christmas period in 2017. The service runs from Bracknell to London Victoria with some early morning and late evening services extending to Reading.
Since then a variety of different vehicle types have been used on the service including Scania demonstrator YN16CFU, a Scania N250UD / Alexander Dennis Enviro400 MMC temporarily numbered 778 in the Reading fleet, seen here in Bracknell in February 2018.
