This one started as just a rainbow heart, but it kept reminding me of reflections from a disco ball.
For the #buildtogive campaign, helping @LEGO to bring joy to kids in need.
A gift box for #buildtogive
Time to start building gifts so that LEGO can give the gift of giving to kids in need!
This is my star for #BuildToGive campaign - a blue supergiant, like Rigel (Beta Orionis). For every star posted with this hashtag in December, the LEGO Group will donate 1 LEGO set to charity.
Join us! Build a star! :) It's easy!

A gift box for #buildtogive
It's on again! Time to start building gifts so that LEGO can give the gift of LEGO to kids in need.
Back in 2017 and 2018 I build many small versions of Animal Cuddly Toys. I thought it would be fun to revisit this theme and make a Christmas edition just for the Build to Give campaign.
LEGO donates one LEGO set per each holiday ornament built at an in-store display or posted online and tagged with #BuildToGive. Last year, LEGO donated 500,000 sets to children in hospitals, foster and child-care homes, and under-served communities as a result of the campaign. This year, LEGO wants to double those numbers and will donate up to one million LEGO sets to children in need. The campaign runs from November 4 to December 8. If you haven't done it already, there is still time to participate!
Create a Christmas ornament and use the hashtag #BuildToGive on social media,
or make a donation directly to Fairy Bricks
or both!
These rejected Christmas ornaments were the outcome of Beyond the Brick's 24 hour livestream for Creations for Charity 2017. I experimented with just making the weirdest ornaments I could while participating on Friday night.
Also for LEGO's Build to Give campaign.
I did build more, but no idea if they are worth sharing. They may be a livestream watcher exclusive. ;P
Happy holidays!

Through the creations that I build, I hope to inspire other young (or perhaps older) builders to unleash their inner creativity. We all need a positive way to express ourselves, so let's allow LEGO® to be that extension. Your imagination belongs to you, and nobody can take that away. Creativity never ends!

Mrs Gingerbread is showing off the beautiful gingerbread hearts that she is making for #buildtogive
There’s still plenty of time to build hearts so that LEGO can give the gift of joy to kids in need.
I threw together an ornament wearh for LEGO for #BuildToGive. I had sorted a bag of flower elements and put this together during one hour of an online meeting.
The #BuildToGive campaign is still going, or so I hope.
Create a Christmas ornament and use the hashtag #BuildToGive on social media,
or consider making a donation directly to Fairy Bricks.
A little something I made for RebelLUG's contribution to LEGO's #BuildToGive campaign!

On the third day of Christmas my true love sent to me
Three French hens,
Two turtle doves,
And a partridge in a pear tree.
Designed for the Lego Ideas ‘Build A Gift, Give A Gift!’ activity. For every gift you submit, the Lego Group will donate a Lego set to a child in need.
I was today years old when I found out Twelvetide typically goes from Dec 25th to Jan 5th. I thought it was a Christmas countdown!

The Toy Soldiers are seen at many Disney theme parks around the world during the Christmas season. I remember them from my childhood: tall, cool and a little intimidating. The Toy Soldiers first appeared in Disney film “Babes in Toyland”.

After hearing about the #BuildToGive Campaign, Isaac and I, along with most of our family, decided to make some ornaments for it. This one was created by myself.
We'll be posting the rest over the course of the next few weeks. Enjoy, and try building some ornaments of your own!

Happy #LEGOBuildDay! I decided to build a star for #BuildToGive, actually using one of my discarded designs for my Avengers Endgame time machine. Each hinge angle is 108 degrees, making a perfect pentagon!
“For every star built and shared on social media or LEGO Life using the hashtag #BuildToGive before the end of December, the LEGO Group will donate a LEGO set to a child in need, giving children in hospitals, children’s homes, and vulnerable communities the chance to play this holiday season.”
This is my #BuildtoGive build for SaltyBros’collab. Each of the members build a ornament from an iconic Christmas movie. I chose Home Alone 2 so here is it!

Uses a brick with studs on four sides right in the center and would've been really better if there were more wheels in stock to create multiples of this gem...
