Not much to see here. The throwing peg is made exactly as in the instructions that come with the kit. Find the 1/16" x 3/8" x 2" plywood piece and cut a stip of carbon 8 " long. Mix epoxy and spread on the carbon tape while on a piece of wax paper. Then wrap the epoxy impregnated carbon tape around the plywood piece lengthwise. Place it between two pieces of plastic wrape and weight for curing. After weighting there is waiting. I use 30 minute epoxy so I will give it plenty of time.

When I added the new control pushrods, I accidentally slipped with the soldering iron, pitting the rudder's servo casing. It roughed up the surface of the inside of the casing, causing the servo to bind. A little love with an X-Acto knife and some compressed air, and it was back to normal, albeit with a little mark to show its owner's handiwork...
