Bucket List Goal-Try an Elk Burger
My boyfriend and I shared this burger at a restaurant on Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park. I really liked it...it is hard to explain the taste but it is different than beef I will tell you that for sure. I also tried Elk Jerky which I thought was amazing! Now I want to try an elk steak.
