OMG I just was outside twice petting the stray kitty! first time i just started scratching his back and he sunk down onto the porch floor and liked it. :) then when I went back outside a few minutes later, I just started petting him right away and he didn't flinch, and then he flipped over onto his side for a couple seconds. THEN he came over and rubbed along side me. :):):) There's hope!
Sorry the photo is so shitty but it was 8:30 pm and I was out on the porch with him and he was hyper. This is him rubbing against the pots, about to flip on his side.
P.S. I think his name is Oscar. Ozzy for short.
The Cockrell School Petroleum and Geosystems Dept hosted Breakthrough Austin program participants on campus. The purpose of their visit was to introduce the middle school students to engineering, sharing with them the kinds of subjects engineering students study and the various career paths that are possible upon graduation.
