Brake rotor them sits on the spacer, and is bolted to the hub using the longer bolts provided if you buy the front brake up grade as a kit. If not, you'll have to find longer bolts on your own.

Clears just fine now. In looking at this afterwards, I probably could have gotten away just shaving the center of the caliper, but I it looks better the way I did it.
