I couldn't find my bible to look up what it meant. I do own one, honest, it's behind a load of books on our bookshelf.
Anyway, had to resort to Google and it's supposedly being used by some Born Again Christian group at football matches.
Something along the lines of
"Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again."
They were out in abundance on Hayes island in Cardiff as I left work tonight.
