I used the Colored Pencil filter and changed the settings to achieve the above results
Settings:-
Pencil width -24 made the colors burst out
Stroke Pressure - 10 caused the background to fade to gray
Paper Brightness - 0 made the darkness envelope the flower

I had told TC before the race that I wanted to stop at the different mile markers and take photos of racers going under each banner, so she knew beforehand that I was going to slow us down by taking pics. The first mile went by pretty quickly, in 11 minutes I think, which is pretty good since we were weaving in between walkers the whole way.

A pair of bold style hoop earrings with a touch of contemporary. Every part including earwires were finely hand fabricated using various gauges of sterling silver wire with a row of chains. Delighted with deep pink crimson garnets dangling along the chains and a rich orange mandarin garnet were stitched at the center of the focals.
They were very light indeed and best for those who like to wear bold and light type of jewelry.
