inspired by childhood dream of a spooky barn boatride featuring animatronic and costumed characters loosely themed on 70s vintage fast food motifs.
I should mention that this was not a nightmare, but a thoroughly fun child's dream where we were riding through a spooky barn on boats and being served hamburgers, fries, shakes and other common fast food items.

Early this Saturday we set out in the boat on the river - not its maiden voyage, but it was my first trip. We tootled up, veering off into a small creek, where we ate breakfast. There were ducks along the banks, cows in paddocks, and on the way home, we saw a small bull shark leaping out of the water. Well, I saw a flashing white shape - Prince Valiant identified it as a bull shark.
