Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce installed its 2011 executive officers and board members during the commerce’s 4th annual holiday extravaganza. The affair, themed “Building An Economic Legacy,” was Dec. 18 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Allen. The CCBCC officers and board members were officially installed into office by Jim Wyatt, president of the Texas African American Chamber of Commerce, also known as TAACC.
