This is a gerbera plant which I bought yesterday. I do like gerbera flowers as they are full of vibrant colour and emit such a happy vibe 😊

The sweet scent of Spring and childhood memories...
how can you not love lilacs 💜
HLCoF & Happy Weekend!
The first flowers of spring are delicate and begin to bloom shyly. However, as they get used to light, they burst into bloom beautifully. Like this delicate white anemone later. Finland, on a cool evening.
It was feeling rather autumnal yesterday ad there were lots of seasonal fungi on display at Longshaw Estate, Derbyshire. I got low down to get this image as the last rays of sun were moving across the woodland floor. I think this is The Blusher, but may be Panther Cap.
It's easy to be complicated but very difficult to be simple.

I will be out most of the day Saturday, but will catch up with you all later!
Herb Robert showing its autumn colour in the wood.
I'm trying to use the 50mm more especially as it is so light, which is very pleasant. Loved this patchwork of colours on the ground with a little sunshine from behind.
Autumn in Melbourne is always beautiful, and we are fortunate enough to have some beautiful big blue sky days as part of the season. On one such day, I took a stroll and saw the last few remaining pale pink roses on a bush for this autumn season. Bathed in soft autumn sunshine the pink bloom was too beautiful not to photograph.
Melbourne has experienced a wonderful Indian summer this year, and as a result, not only are there still plenty of beautiful blooms about, but the Autumnal colours are starting to appear.
My tulip doesn't seem to want to bloom
