I hand-painted this Bluefaced Leicester wool in pretty shades of pink, green, and brown and handspun it into 112 yards of bulky weight yarn. This BFL is so soft - it's my absolute favorite to spin.

Bought this 1kilo of Shetland Dk from BlueFaced.com at Wonderwool Wales this year. (Have specific projects in mind!)

Bluefaced Leicester, bought as dark gray (natural) roving from a Minnesota grower at the State Fair. Dyed with Wine and Rose colors, hence the name. A little lumpier and less soft than I'd really like it to be. I think I'll try for a finer yarn next time.

An extra yarn in a 12 month series by selected UK dyers named The Flower Power Fund. This colourway was only available during March 2018. The Fund aims to raise awareness and funds for Marie Curie, a charity supporting people and their families with life-limiting illnesses.
