The "Blue Angels" are a flight demonstration squadron of the United States Navy. Formed in 1946, the unit is the second oldest formal aerobatic team in the world, after the French Patrouille de France formed in 1931. The team, composed of six Navy and one Marine Corps demonstration pilot, fly Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornets and a Lockheed C-130J support airraft

5 is flying inverted while 6 passing in front (from the audience's perspective). Taken on June 9, 2018 in North Kingstown, RI.
A young male belted kingfisher flies past. These birds are the little blue angels with their breathtaking turns and dives.
Especially fun when they play kingfisher tag and chase each other around.
