The magicians flying F-18 hornets, parade their planes perfectly aligned.

We went to the Miramar Airshow on a Sunday for their 2015 event. It actually had a couple of hard showers that day and low cloud cover. This Blue Angel Jet is sitting on the wet Tarmac.

The incredible Blue Angels went in a very tight formation. We learned they can come as close as 3 feet from one another. Is that skill or what?

While at high speed, two Blue Angels Hornets F-18 coming from opposite directions, prove to be a difficult shot as panning with one airplane, the speed to catch the second one becomes twice as fast, very hard for the "click" moment...

Different kind of flying things

Not much of a shot but a fitting end to a road trip. Waiting for the high speed ferry in Milwaukee across to Muskegon, the Blue Angels were taking practice runs over Lake Michigan for the weekend Air & Water Show.
