I had a fantastic day with my sisters. We play in the box cars Lexi was space invader I was astronaut and she was trying destroy the world. After all the fun I was sweaty from my costume I had to take a bath, It was very pleasant sissy played elmo music we danced through he whole bathroom routine. I got into my new Pj mommie got me. I look like a baby Jedi, Eventually we all headed to the movie room to chill and relax. the pillows in there are SUPER COMFY!! So after my nap I ended up upstairs in the living room trying break free from the cage with my trusty Jedi screwdriver.

So, I just got home from the beach a few hours ago. Ah, what a good weekend :)
Other than that, I feel nothing. There's nothing I need to say, nothing I feel like I need to do. If there is one thing I need to say it's this: I hope you do what makes you happy, that's all I could want for you. I still can't get you out of my mind, but how your life goes is all in your hands.
I wish there was a way I could go back in time, maybe things would've been a lot better for me now. I'm not complaining, but I am saying there is and always will be room for improvement.
I think I'm going to write a book, The Secret Life of Bee's & Damien Rice's "Cannonball" got me inspired somehow. Listen to it, maybe it'll do the same for you :)

The weekends are blessings and curses. I have more time on weekends with which I can fill with exercise, but I also have always seen weekends as a short-term vacation; you try and go do and see everything that you can see before the week comes back. I have also been working on publishing my book, so that consumes a lot of time… but it’s one of those “once it’s done, it’s done; I won’t have to keep working on it forever.”
I did get to work out this morning, and I’m still trying not to over work. I am trying to keep a good balance and not get frustrated. I watched a documentary on juice fasts that was very inspiring and eye opening. I hesitate doing it not because I think it’s a fad diet; far from it. I had concerns about metabolism and colon issues. I work in the medical field and see a lot of issues with colons… so I’d like to do some research before I commit.
I have a physical in a few weeks. I’d love to see if I can get my cholesterol and sugars down before that appointment, and maybe that would be a great way to do it… I don’t know. I am intrigued I will say that for sure!
On one final note: I did find a way to tweak my foods to eliminate a lot of cholesterol and fat. I usually eat 2 egg whited and 1 egg. At first I was making cheese or shrimp and cheese omlets. Then I cut it back to just eggs. Today I fixed just egg whites (I know, nasty, right?!?!) but topped it with a little bit of spaghetti sauce. It was like an herb tomato top, and it added flavor to flavorless eggs. Nutrient-wise it was a great discovery!

My six-month old kitten was neutered the other day. Little Banksy was a stray we found several months back. We managed to litter train him after a few days and only two accidents (when in doubt, the interweb has every answer you could ever ask, including how to get a kitty born and raised in azalea bushes to use a plastic box for his toilet). Unlike most male kitties, Banksy suffers from a condition known as Cryptorchidism--one dropped testicle. The other testicle was MIA, floating in his innards somewhere. Having one testicle doesn't just make you the joke of the cat world though, it also hurts.
We were informed the neutering surgery would be more extensive than a normal procedure--the vet needed to root around in his abdominal cavity to find the undescended gonad--but the little guy came back to us mangled! I mean, it looks like he was autopsied by the entire CSI: Miami forensic team...or used for a mad scientist's insane experiments.
But I still love him, scars and all!

今もブログを書くのに、「寛平さん！昨日の夜どうでしたっけ？」と聞くぐらい、記憶が，昨日と一昨日とか交錯して、わけがわからなくなっています。
寛平さんの記憶を手がかりに、「夕方まではやさしい海だったのですが、やはり夜は夜で・・・・と」書こうとして昨日のブログを見たら「あれ？」そうです。
それはおとといの夜です。寛平さんもごちゃごちゃになっているようです。このヨットのローリングでグラングランに頭が揺れているのも原因かもしれません。
昨夜は時化なく、１５ノットから２０ノットの優しいかぜの夜で、ふたりでずっと星を見ながらコックピットでながなが話をしていたのでした。
「いよいよやな〜いろいろあったな〜」を主語に、いろいろ話をしました。
今朝は朝から、しっかりと風が吹いています。３０ノットオーバーすることもしばしば。波もしっかりあって「それいけ〜！」とエオラスを、しっかり後ろから押してくれる波です。ありがたやありがたや。（写真がその“お方”）本来なら時化の海ですが、確実に運んでくれる「順風」です。
もうすぐロスだという気持ちと、今までずっと毎日毎日やってきた作業とが交錯し、確かにふたりは、正常ではありません。
ある意味ほんとうの「海人間」になりかけているのかもしれません。（海人間とは“陸の生活”を拒否し、ごみ屋敷と化したヨットらしき乗り物にのった人間で、すべて自給自足の生活をし、風呂や体を洗うことを拒否し、一切文明と孤立した人間のこと）もちろんこんな人間はいません。ふたり冗談で海人間なりましょか！と冗談で言っている、架空の人間のことです。

しかしほんとうの話、寛平さんの手相には「水」という字が浮かび上がっているのです。後でアップしますね。
On some videos, currently I have seen it on Google videos, you can dim the lights and open the video in a new window. Apparently, this feature has been around for some months. I gues, I have not kept up well with my Google video subscription. for I would have seen it then already earlier.
