Так случилось что они открывали фестиваль, и как мне показалось, «прозвучали» очень и очень, да и публика встретила их с энтузиазмом. 本日は砂漠が近づいたせいか、冷えます。
が太陽はサンサンと出ているので暑くなると思います。
最近、休憩やスタート前に寛平さん次走る距離を宣言する傾向があるんです
今回はハミッドに「ファイブ！！」
寛平さん「（スポーツウエア着て）ハミッド張り切ってるなぁ〜、
その内「手はこう振るんや！」とか言い出しそうやな」
応援団の車が道に迷って合流できないハプニングもありましたが
寛平さん気合充分にスタートしていきました。
（すぐ次の５ｋｍで合流しました。）
走り始めて１時間、
体もほぐれてきた所で、ＳＵＵＮＴＯの成瀬さんが、
寛平さんの心拍数や時速などを確認するため、時計を取り付けました。
１時間後…
成瀬さん「凄いです、きれいな心拍数です。
１時間走っても全然乱れていません。」
坂本さん「そうでしょ、全然呼吸は乱れていなし、
普通の生活をしているのとほとんど変らないでしょ。」
寛平さんが、毎日長距離を走れるのは、
体に無理のない走りを、自分で見つけ出したからかもしれません。
Imagen multicolor de la galaxia J0836+30. La imagen de fondo es una imagen en color usando las cinco bandas (ugriz) del sondeo SDSS. La galaxia aparece en el centro de la imagen con un color amarillento. El gas frío atómico observado en la línea de 21 cm del hidrógeno neutro está codificado en azul y aparece al nordeste de la galaxia, en el espacio intergaláctico. Dos lóbulos brillantes en radio-continuo (en color magenta) indican los restos del material caliente expulsado por el agujero negro súper-masivo central de J0836+30 hace tiempo.
