Northern leaf blight has been reported in eastern Michigan. Most fungicides are effective in suppressing the disease. For specific recommendations, refer to the Fungicide Efficacy for Control of Corn Foliar Disease guide developed by the Crop Protection Network. Northern leaf blight can negatively impact yield and quality in sweet corn.
