Title: Blessings
You may wonder when do I celebrate being grateful?
The answer – every single day! :)
Last year December, I decided to take charge of my health for many reasons. I guess health is everybody’s concerns. And for me, health is wealth. I want to see myself grow old healthy to enjoy the gift called life.
I am grateful for the health habits I created since that time.
Everywhere I go, I practice it. And I know that it has a compounding result on my health.
This is a healthy menu on Kenny Rogers. In which, I ate when I had the chance to have dinner with one of the health coaches of Spartan Transformation.
I am also grateful for the healthy conversations, and positive thoughts I am surrounded with.
I am grateful the everyday and many blessings that I receive. The picture above is one of them. ^-^
These are what I am grateful for today.
How about you? What are you grateful for?
I want to know =)
Please share in the comments.
Best regards,
Jervis

We had a wonderful weekend! We were able to be sealed to Vivian in the temple for eternity on Saturday and on Sunday Rob gave Viv a beautiful blessing.
