I love the caramelic seared edges that was at once so sombrely brownish, only to break away to yield flakes of tender sweet cod that were like blades of soft marshmallows.
My fillet was perfect. If I was to pick bones, literally, I picked one!
Outside of this little needle of offence, otherwise, it would have been perfection.
