Sierra Brasserie is a modern interpretation of a classical French brasserie serving simple yet elegant food using the best ingredients available and all washed down with our signature beers brewed at our state of the art brewery on Mombasa Road. All our beers are brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot, the German Purity Law which states that beers can only be brewed using four ingredients, malt, water, hops and yeast.

These pretty Iceland wildflowers I believe are called Biting Stonecrop. There was a little fly to add some contrast to the bright yellow color.
